Abstract

This paper is the summary of an investigation taken by our group Hypermedia for Innovative Education (GIE). We have analyzed more than 1000 statements of work workshop subject’s design and project more than 60 schools of architecture in the world. Many of those contained analyzed contain references generic written about those who want to achieve and allusions to specific buildings, and all in general, they contain differing conceptions of architecture and architects. The basic question related to teaching architects is: What do we understand by architecture? Communication reviews the more radical proposals to finish summing up the formation of an architect is based on the fiction of a way of being and doing that each time a distance of the practice of design and control of the buildings in the system production prevailing.
