Abstract

El proyecto Distrito Financiero y Cultural Campo Grande, está dirigido a transformar la ciudad, al intervenir en casi 90 ha actualmente en desuso. Lo anterior mediante un innovador distrito destinado a la concentración y desarrollo dinámico de actividades económicas, comerciales además de la cultura, ocio y recreación. Como proyecto de renovación urbana, se crea un entorno compacto plural en que las empresas, servicios y administraciones conviven con centros culturales, sociales, comercios y viviendas consolidadas en dicho entorno. En cuanto a la reactivación económica, constituye una oportunidad única para devolver a Valladolid central, su vocación histórica de corazón dinámico de la ciudad de la mano del ferrocarril. The Campo Grande Financial and Cultural District project is aimed at transforming the city, intervening in almost 90 ha currently in disuse. The above through an innovative District destined to the concentration and dynamic development of economic, commercial activities in addition to culture, leisure and recreation. As a project of urban renewal, a compact plural environment is created in which the companies, services and administrations coexist with cultural centers, social centers, businesses and consolidated homes in that environment. As for the economic reactivation, it constitutes a unique opportunity to return to Valladolid central, its historical vocation of dynamic heart of the city hand in hand with the railroad.
