Abstract
En esta comunicación se describe la vida profesional de un ingeniero de minas poco conocido, LUIS GAMBOA. Estuvo casi toda su vida vinculado a Puerto llano, donde vivió. como Jefe del Distrito Minero de Ciudad Real, los mejores momentos de la minería del carbón. Al final de su carrera fue Presidente del Consejo de Minería.
