Diagnóstico organizacional al equipo adscrito a la Unidad de Servicios de Documentos de una empresa del sector eléctrico

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación se realizó un diagnóstico organizacional al equipo adscrito a la Unidad de Servicios de Documentos Región Sur – CORPOELEC en función de obtener información y con ello realizar un análisis FODA para
identificar la situación real por la cual atraviesa la Unidad. El diseño metodológico que se emplea para el desarrollo del estudio es de tipo factible debido a que está enmarcado en una propuesta viable y basada en un diseño no experimental y de campo, ya que consiste en la recolección de datos directamente de la realidad donde ocurren los hechos. Los resultados indican que el personal está claro de cuál es la misión y la visión de la Unidad y por ende de
la Organización y el mismo identifica cuales son las funciones dentro del departamento. La Unidad otorga la responsabilidad necesaria a los empleados para ejecutar las actividades, sin embargo, el personal considera que deben fortalecerse los procesos administrativos de planificación y dirección y control. En el área ambiental se concluye que las condiciones del área de trabajo no están acordes para la cantidad de personal que labora en esa área, se debe acondicionar un área para Reproducción y otra para Distribución de Documentos.
In this research, it was carried out an organizational diagnosis to the team of the Document Service Unit, Southern Region-CORPOELEC with the object of getting information and thereby perform a SWOT analysis to identify the real situation that the Unit is going through. The methodological design used for the development of the study is feasible type because it is framed in a viable proposal and based on a non-experimental and field design, since it involves the collection of data directly from the real place where the events occur. The results indicate that the staff knows what the mission and vision of the Unit are and hence of the Organization, so it identifies its roles within the Department. The Unit gives employees the responsibility required to run the activities. However, the staff considers that the administrative processes of planning, direction and control should be strengthened. In the environmental area, it is concluded that the conditions of the working area are not according to the number of staff that works in that area, so it should be prepared an area to reproduction and another one for distribution of documents.
