Abstract

This work presents a general purpose lexical platform for the Spanish language It has been designed and implemented as the core of a set of natural language applications currently under development at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid These applications include a spell checker a unicationbased parser and grammar morphosyntactic taggers and other tools for the automatic acquisition of linguistic knowledge and for demonstrations
