Análisis crítico de la gestión del riesgo ambiental en un emplazamiento en el que existe una estación de servicio

Abstract

En este proyecto se ha llevado a cabo la gestión del riesgo de un emplazamiento en el que se sitúa una Estación de Servicio, partiendo desde la detección del riesgo y su posible existencia, mediante una Evaluación de la situación ambiental inicial, y llegando hasta la implementación de un Proyecto de Remediación. Para ello, a partir de los datos extraídos de la Investigación Detallada del Subsuelo (ISS), se ha realizado un Análisis Cuantitativo de Riesgo (ACR), para posteriormente, a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el ACR, implementar un Proyecto de Remediación para la recuperación del suelo y las aguas subterráneas del emplazamiento, evitando así que éste pudiera ser declarado como contaminado por la Administración competente. Además, se ha efectuado un estudio las sensibilidades para analizar cómo pueden afectar tanto a los resultados obtenidos en el ACR, como a la posterior valoración y toma de decisión de las medidas de recuperación que se van a llevar a cabo. Tras este análisis, se ha realizado una comparación entre los resultados del ACR, sin tener en cuenta el análisis de sensibilidades y una vez realizado el mismo, para ver cómo afectaban las sensibilidades a la existencia o ausencia de riesgo, y a partir de ahí, implementar el Proyecto de Remediación del emplazamiento en estudio. ABSTRACT This project has carried out the risk management of a site in which a Gas Station is located, starting from the detection of the risk and its possible existence, through an Assessment of the initial environmental situation, and reaching the implementation of an Environmental Project. Firstly, a quantitative risk analysis (ACR) was executed, based on the data extracted from the Detailed Investigation of the Subsoil (ISS). Secondly, from the results obtained in the ACR, an Environmental Project has been implemented for the recovery of soil and groundwater from the site, and also, to prevent it from being declared as contaminated by the competent authority. In addition, a study of the sensitivities has been made to analyze how they can affect both the results obtained in the ACR, and the subsequent assessment and decision making of the recovery measures to be implemented. After this analysis, a comparison was made between the results of the ACR, without taking into account the analysis of sensitivities and once it was done, to see how the sensitivities affected to the existence or absence of risk. And finally, after the comparison, carry out with the implementation of the Environmental Project of the site under study, according to the results obtained in all the risk management process.
