Ar-Madillo app

Abstract

Se pretende la creación de una aplicación móvil basada en realidad aumentada. La aplicación contará con soporte y banco de imágenes objetivo y quedará embebida en una aplicación tanto para iOS como para Android. Desarrollo motivado por la necesidad de la empresa Armadillo Amarillo de mostrar a potenciales clientes sus conocimientos en el ámbito de la realidad aumentada. Se busca entonces una solución basada en las tecnologías en las que son expertos, a saber, aplicaciones móviles y web. Nos centraremos en una app que sea cómoda, fácilmente transportable y, dentro de la complejidad de la tecnología, lo suficientemente sencilla para que el cliente comprenda que no es una aplicación única y específica sino que es totalmente escalable y personalizable. La funcionalidad núcleo de nuestra aplicación se ha definido que sea, como se detalla posteriormente en la sección “Análisis, el diseño la implementación y pruebas del sistema”, mostrar un renderizado 3D de un Armadillo en el lugar en el que se detecte la imagen objetivo o marcador el cual que será, como se explica en la sección previamente referenciada, la tarjeta de visita de la empresa colaboradora. El banco de imágenes objetivo será totalmente personalizable en función de la empresa a la que se le quiera mostrar la tecnología del mismo modo que será el render mostrado en 3D. Adicionalmente, y como se detalla en la sección “Futuros proyectos que se podrían realizar a partir de éste”, se podrían incluir desde animaciones para el modelo 3D a la inclusión de redes neuronales para convertir la aplicación en un juego interactivo autoincremental.

Abstract:

The creation of a mobile application based on augmented reality is intended. The application will have support and bank of objective images and will be embedded in an application for both iOS and Android. Development motivated by the need of the company Armadillo Amarillo to show potential customers their knowledge in the field of augmented reality. Wanted then a solution based on the technologies in which they are experts, namely applications mobile and web. We will focus on an app that is comfortable, easily transportable and, within the complexity of the technology, simple enough for the client understand that it is not a unique and specific application but that it is fully scalable and customizable. The core functionality of our application has been defined to be, as detailed later in the section "Analysis, design, implementation and testing of the system", show a 3D rendering of an Armadillo in the place where the image is detected target or marker which will be, as explained in the section previously referenced, the business card of the collaborating company. The objective image bank will be fully customizable depending on the company to the that you want to show the technology in the same way that will be the render shown in 3D. Additionally, and as detailed in the section "Future projects that could be carried out from this ", could be included from animations for the 3D model to the inclusion of Neural networks to turn the application into an interactive auto-incremental game.
