Abstract

En
la
actualidad,
existen
muchas
ayudas
sociales
que
ofrece
el
Estado
publicadas
en
páginas
web
de
distintas
administraciones
públicas.
Esto
resulta
bastante
tedioso
para
el
usuario
debido
a
las
largas
búsquedas
que
tiene
que
realizar
por
la
web
para
encontrar
la
ayuda
que
necesita
o
requiere.
Porque
no
es
lo
mismo
encontrar
toda
la
información
en
una
sola
página
web
o
documento,
que
navegando
entre
distintas
páginas
web,
lo
que
lleva
más
tiempo.
Esto
deriva
al
problema
existente
del
difícil
acceso
a
la
información
de
las
distintas
ayudas
sociales
que
existen.
Información
tal
como
fechas
de
presentación
de
documentación,
requisitos
para
acceder
a
ella,
beneficiarios,
objeto
de
la
ayuda,
tramitación,
solicitud.
Toda
esta
información
se
puede
encontrar
en
los
documentos
BOE
de
las
distintas
ayudas,
prestaciones,
becas
y
subvenciones.
Pero
es
dificultoso
encontrar
exactamente
el
BOE
correspondiente
a
la
ayuda
a
la
que
se
quiere
acceder.
Siempre
que
se
quiere
acceder
a
dicha
información,
lo
primero
que
hace
el
usuario
interesado
es,
prácticamente,
buscar
en
Google
tecleando
el
nombre
de
la
ayuda.
Hay
muchas
páginas
que
te
muestran
toda
la
información
de
la
que
precisa
el
usuario,
pero
siempre
al
final
de
toda
la
documentación,
suele
haber
notas
aclarativas
citando:
“

El
contenido
de
la
información
recogida
en
este
documento
tiene
carácter
orientativo
y
no
vinculante,
por
lo
que
se
recomienda
consultar
las
publicaciones
oficiales
(v.
Decreto
21/2002,
de
24
de
enero
-
art.
14).”
Como
se
observa,
con
publicaciones
oficiales
se
refiere
a
Decretos
y
documentos
BOE
correspondientes.
Los
documentos
BOE
y
los
Decretos
son
de
difícil
lectura
para
usuarios
que
no
se
dedican
a
la
legislación.
Presenta
muchos
tecnicismos
y
son
muy
extensos,
lo
que
implica
que
muchas
personas
no
se
enteren
si
los
intentan
leer
y/o
extraer
información
que
necesiten.
Lo
que
deriva
a
que
muchas
personas
pueda
que
le
corresponda
recibir
ayudas
de
distintos
tipos,
y
no
lo
saben.
Otro
problema
es
que
las
distintas
convocatorias
no
están
reflejadas
en
la
misma
página,
están
publicadas por distintas administraciones públicas.
La
solución
propuesta
en
este
proyecto
es
la
realización
de
una
aplicación
Web
que
reúna
y
presente
todo
tipo
de
ayudas
sociales
a
cuya
información
se
pueda
acceder
fácilmente.
Todas
las
ayudas
reunidas
en
una
sola
página
web,
mostrando
el
contenido
requerido
por
el
usuario
de
manera
clara
y
concisa,
enlazado
siempre
a
los
BOE
o
Decretos
correspondientes.
Información
legal,
no
orientativa.
Cada
usuario
con
su
respectivo
perfil.
Mostrará
todo
tipo
de
información:
título
de
las
ayudas,
tipo
de
las
ayudas,
objeto
de
la
ayuda,
plazos
de
presentación,
si
está
en
vigor
o
no,
si
está
fuera
de
plazo
o
no,
solicitud, tramitación, beneficiarios, requisitos a cumplir, etc.---ABSTRACT---Currently,

user
does
is,
practically,
to
search
in
Google
by
typing
the
name
of
the
grant
or
subsidy.
There
are
many
pages
that
show
you
all
the
information
that
the
user
needs,
but
always
at
the
end
of
all
the
documentation,
there
are
usually
clarifying
notes
quoting:
“The
content
of
the
information
contained
in
this
document
is
for
guidance
and
not
binding,
so
it
is
recommended
to
consult
the
official
publications

14).”
As
it
is
observed,
with
official
publications
it
refers
to
Decrees
and
corresponding
BOE
documents.
The
BOE
documents
and
the
Decrees
are
difficult
to
read
for
users
who
don’t
engage
in
legislation.
It
presents
many
technicalities
and
are
very
extensive,
which
means
that
many
people
don’t
know
if
they
try
to
read
and
/
or
extract
information
they
need.
What
results
is
that
many
people
may
be
entitled
to
receive
grants
of
different
types,
and
don’t
know.
Another
problem
is
that
the
different
calls
are
not
reflected
on
the same page, they are published by different public administrations.
The
solution
proposed
in
this
project
is
the
realization
of
a
Web
application
that
brings
together,
in
a
database,
all
kinds
of
social
grants
whose
information
can
be
easily
accessed.
All
the
grants
gathered
in
a
single
web
page,
showing
the
content
required
by
the
user
in
a
clear
and
concise
way,
always
linked
to
the
BOE
or
corresponding
Decrees.
Legal
information,
not
indicative.
It
will
show
all
kinds
of
information:
title
of
the
grant,
type
of
grant,
object
of
the
grant,
deadlines
for
submission,
if
it
is
in
force
or
not,
if
it
is
out
of
time
or
not,
application,
procedure,
beneficiaries,
requirements
to
be
met, etc.
