HODOR v8: herramienta configurable para la creación y gestión de rankings deportivos: gestión de estadísticas

Abstract

HODOR es una herramienta configurable para la creación y gestión de rankings deportivos, y en esta versión se añadirá la gestión de estadísticas. Actualmente realiza estas funciones solamente para carreras de orientación pero el potencial de la herramienta es muy alto y más adelante podría extrapolarse a otros deportes. Las carreras de orientación son carreras individuales en las que cada corredor dispone de una brújula y un mapa marcado con puntos numerados por los que deberá pasar en orden de menor a mayor. El corredor que tarde menos tiempo en realizar la tarea es el ganador. Se otorgan puntos en función al orden de llegada y son esos puntos los que se utilizan para generar los rankings con la herramienta. El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) es añadir la funcionalidad de generar y exportar estadísticas que no se muestran en el ranking y mejorar la interfaz desarrollada en anteriores versiones.---ABSTRACT---HODOR is a tool for creating sport rankings and manipulating them. The tool is oriented for the creation of ranking just for races of Orienteering but its potential is so high that it could be doing the same for any other sport. Orienteering is a sport which consists on races where the participants must complete a course in the order indicated on a map given to them pre-race. They must complete it as fast as they can with the only help of a compass and the map previously mentioned. The participant who completes the course the fastest receives the maximum points, those points are the ones used to create the rankings. The objective of this project is to add the functionality of generating and exporting statistics which are not shown originally on the rankings as well as improving the interface developed in previous versions.
