Company Approach: aproximación basada en servicios autónomos

Abstract

Este estudio se centra en el enfoque Company Approach como forma de impartir la asignatura de Ingeniería de Software, y más concretamente en cómo la arquitectura elegida para el proyecto afecta al desarrollo y resultados del curso. Se hace un análisis de lo ocurrido con este enfoque en cursos anteriores, obteniéndose una serie de puntos críticos a mejorar en esta siguiente iteración del programa. Posteriormente se analiza cómo diferentes arquitecturas de software pueden impactar en esos puntos críticos, y se discute la concepción del proyecto que finalmente sería implementado por los alumnos durante el transcurso de la asignatura. Esta etapa de desarrollo de la asignatura será descrita desde el punto de vista de líder técnico de la compañía de software. Finalmente, se hace un análisis de los resultados obtenidos, y se reflexiona sobre cuál podría ser el camino a seguir en los siguientes cursos.---ABSTRACT---This study is focused on the Company Approach method to teach Software Engineering, and more precisely in the way the chosen architecture for the developed project impact on the progress and results of the course. An analysis on what happened in previous years is made, with several critical points obtained to improve this next generation of the program. After that, an analysis is made on how different architectures might impact on those critical points, and it is discussed the conception of the project which will be lately implemented by the students over the duration of the course. This subject’s development stage is described from the technical leader point of view. Lastly, and analysis is done over the obtained results, that leads to a reflection on which could be the path forward for the incoming years.
