Distribución de contenidos audiovisuales

Abstract

Hoy en día la difusión de contenidos audiovisuales permite poder capturar imágenes y realizar grabaciones en prácticamente cualquier situación y ubicación. Con ello, se ha aumentado los últimos años la seguridad, ya no sólo de edificios o complejos que requieren de un control exhaustivo, sino de viviendas unifamiliares, o comunidades de vecinos que desean saber qué personas ajenas a la propiedad pueden entrar, o poder detectar un uso inadecuado de las zonas comunes. Con el impulso que ha recibido este tipo de infraestructuras, son una opción a tener en cuenta si se quiere incluir para dar la seguridad necesaria a una vivienda. Sin embargo, este tipo de instalaciones actualmente no son obligatorios, por lo que, si se quiere disponer de un sistema de videovigilancia, hay que realizar un proyecto ajeno a la ICT (Infraestructura Común de Telecomunicaciones) del propio edificio. La normativa ICT se trata de una norma de mínimos, por lo que en este proyecto se busca la instalación de un sistema de videovigilancia en el que los vídeos son captados por diversas cámaras en un recinto cerrado. A su vez, el contenido audiovisual podrá ser reproducido en todas las viviendas del edificio por medio de un canal de TDT (Televisión digital terrestre), así como en una aplicación móvil, para que los inquilinos puedan tener en todo momento un control de los movimientos en puntos estratégicos del edificio. Este proyecto se realizará cumpliendo y teniendo en cuenta la normativa vigente del uso de videocámaras, aportado por la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, así como la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, al tratarse de una comunidad de vecinos y no un recinto privado.

Abstract:

Nowadays, the diffusion of audiovisual content allows to capture images and make recordings in any situation and location. On account of that, security has been increased in recent years. Not only in buildings that require an exhaustive control, but of single-family homes, or neighborhood communities that want to know which people outside the property can enter, or be able to detect inadequate use of common areas. The growth of this type of infrastructure has obtained, they are an option to be taken into account if it is to be included in order to give the necessary security to a house. However, this type of facilities are not currently mandatory, so if you want to have a video surveillance system, you must carry out a project outside the TCI (Common Telecommunication Infrastructures) of the building itself. The TCI regulation is a minimum standard, which is why this project seeks the installation of a video surveillance system in which the videos are captured by various cameras in a closed area. In turn, the audiovisual content can be reproduced in all the dwellings of the building through a DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) channel, as well as in a mobile application, so that tenants have a control of the movements at all times in strategic points of the building. This project will be carried out complying with and taking into account the current regulations on the use of video cameras, provided by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, as well as the Horizontal Property Law, as it is a community of neighbors and not a private area.
