Abstract

Within Annex I, Non-exhaustive list of construction or civil engineering works, RD 1627/97 includes the assembly and disassembly of prefabricated elements. In the technical guide that develops the RD 1627/97 is treated in the same way that includes the assembly and disassembly, among other elements, events (for concerts, public functions and others), of the construction. Here there would be room, not only the portable bull rings or the stages set up in the parties of different locations throughout the geography, but also the structures mounted to support scenarios or sets used in the movie or television sets with object of the filming of movies or series. This type of structures has different characteristics in regard to a construction site or traditional civil work. These structures are constructions with a lot of height inside these industrial units. In this work the differences and similarities with traditional constructions are analyzed, the companies participating in the construction of these structures, compliance with the risk prevention regulations applicable to them, works with and without execution project, need for Risk Assessment or Safety Plan, and the coordination of all these works. It is concluded that the general characteristics of all the conditions analyzed are works that are governed by the regulations of construction works.
