Abstract

We live in a time of change and challenge, where the value is not only in the material anymore, in the physical assets, but embraces the intangible too, the knowledge. Thus, it is important to learn to adapt in order to reinvent ourselves. Technology is being developed in high speed and it is important to bare in mind that the final user is always the center of the system. This means that any design interface must revolve around the user's needs. Thus, the present work analyses the usability in Seaver app, in order to improve the user experience. This involves a combination of developing new functionalities with seamless experience, applying the usability heuristics, and a good coordination between workers. A user research is presented, along with user testing at the end of every step of the design prototypes. The results include a new design proposition for every feature that needed to be improved.
