Diseño e implantación de un sistema de electrónica de red gestionado en la nube

Abstract

Las empresas en la actualidad, se encuentran ante una grave tesitura, deben dedicarse a realizar su actividad adaptándose al mundo tecnológico de hoy en día, lo que implica dedicarte a tu negocio adecuándolo a la transformación digital que vivimos en el presente.
Actualmente no hay ningún negocio que pueda desarrollarse sin implicación de la tecnología, y aquellas empresas que se resisten a esta transformación, verán como su competencia crece adaptándose a la actualidad y al futuro gracias a las tecnologías de la información (TIC), relegando a las primeras a la obsolescencia y su posterior extinción. Las empresas que quieren triunfar en su sector, deben reinventarse constantemente adaptándose a esta transformación digital, haciendo uso de la tecnología para optimizar su forma de trabajo y la de sus empleados. Esto implica que cualquier empresa moderna debe asumir un cambio en la cultura de la organización, tanto en la adquisición de las nuevas tecnologías, como en la forma de operar de sus trabajadores. Pero no todos los negocios tienen la misma capacidad de inversión en TIC, muchas empresas no pueden hacer frente a los costes de la tecnología, ni en equipamiento, ni en personal cualificado que lo gestione, lo que ha provocado la búsqueda de tecnologías adaptables a las empresas tanto en funcionalidades como en costes. Las nuevas tecnologías cloud, conocidas como “nube”, han sido capaces de amoldarse a todo tipo de negocios, brindando acceso a la tecnología, aportando flexibilidad y ayudándolas a hacer frente a la transformación digital mediante un sistema de pago por uso evitando así grandes inversiones iniciales.
El cloud computing nos permite ofrecer toda la capacidad tecnológica a usuarios o empresas con una simple conexión a Internet. Lo que abre un mundo de posibilidades para todo tipo de negocios, permitiendo externalizar parte de la carga IT de una empresa, pudiendo ésta centrase en su negocio y a la vez adaptarse al mercado actual mediante el uso de la tecnología. El objetivo del proyecto es el estudio de las soluciones cloud en el entorno empresarial, su implantación en una empresa real, y sus beneficios en el entorno laboral. Para ello, primero abordaremos en que consiste el cloud computing, sus orígenes, como se ofrece a las empresas en la actualidad y como impacta el cloud en entorno empresarial. Evaluaremos también, el impacto de éstas tecnologías en el mercado español y las principales demandas de las empresas para afrontar la transformación digital. En segundo lugar, nos apoyaremos en estas soluciones cloud para resolver la problemática de una empresa actual, mediante la implantación de un sistema de electrónica de red gestionado en la nube. Para ello, realizaremos el diseño del equipamiento necesario para esa implantación, adecuándolo al caso de uso y a la empresa en cuestión. Posteriormente, realizaremos la configuración del equipamiento para el proyecto con el objetivo implantarlo físicamente en la empresa. Acompañaremos lo anterior con un estudio económico de la solución, así como la explicación del proceso de compra y los agentes involucrados. Para finalizar el proyecto, explicaremos los beneficios de la solución para el cliente final, así como sus impactos medioambientales, sociales y éticos. Indicaremos por último, las posibles mejoras a futuro del proyecto y conclusión final.

Nowadays, companies are doing business in a complex and dynamic environment. They must carry out their own business activities adapting to a technological world, which implies, dedicating yourself to your daily activities while adapting it to the present digital transformation. Currently, there are no organizations that can grow without the involvement of technology. And those companies that resist this transformation, will see how their competition grows, adapting to the present and the future, thanks to information technologies (ICT), relegating the first´s to the risk of disappearing. Companies that want to succeed in their sector, must constantly reinvent themselves by adapting to this digital transformation, making use of technology to optimize how they operate. This implies, that any modern company must assume a change in their culture. Both in the acquisition of new technologies, and in the way its workers act. However, not all businesses have the same investment capacity in ICT. Many companies cannot afford the costs of technology, neither in equipment, nor in qualified personnel to manage it. This companies need to search for adaptable technologies, both in the functionalities like in the costs. The new cloud technologies, have been able to adapt to all types of businesses. They provide access to technology, providing flexibility and helping them to face the digital transformation. Through a pay-per-use system, avoiding a large initial investment. Cloud computing allows us to offer all the technological capacity to users or companies, with a simple Internet connection. What opens a world of possibilities for all types of businesses, allowing to outsource part of the IT load of a company. This allows the company to focus on its business, and at the same time, adapt to the current market through the use of technology. The goal of the project, is the study of cloud solutions in the business environment. The implementation of this tool in a real company, and explain their benefits in the workplace. Firstly, we will address what cloud computing consists of, as well as its origins. Explain how the cloud impacts into the organizations, and explore current solutions which are used by companies nowadays. Then we will make an evaluation of how, the digital transformation impacts on the Spanish market. Secondly, we will rely on these cloud solutions to solve the problems of an existing company. We will make this, through the implementation of a networking equipment managed in the cloud. We will design the equipment necessary for the implementation, adapting it to the use case of the company. Besides, we will configure the equipment for the project, with the aim of physically implementing it in the company. We will accompany the above, with an economic study of the solution. Additionally, we will make an explanation of the purchase process, and the agents involved. Finally, we will explain the benefits of the solution for the end customer, as well as its environmental, social and ethical impacts. We will also indicate, the possible future improvements of the project, and final conclusion.
