Every software project must have some best practices and follow conventions to be developed successfully. This paper describes the planning, analysis, design and implementation of Conectima App, a multi-platform software tool thought to help specially small-medium teams by providing useful data to make decisions and track the software development process by using some agile practices. The mobile app sync data from a structured Google Sheet document, which follows a custom structure and provides all the important data regarding a sprint or a software development stage. The project was developed using Ionic Framework with React JS for the mobile interfaces, Capacitor 3 to generate the corresponding native Android and iOS apps, and Node JS, GraphQL and MongoDB in the backend to connect and sync the data with the Google Sheets API.
