Auditoría energética Instituto Butarque

Abstract

En este trabajo de Fin de Máster se pretende realizar la auditoría energética del Instituto de Educación Secundaria Butarque, situado en la calle Adolfo Marsillach, 5, Leganés (Madrid). El instituto fue inaugurado en el año 1978 lo que supone que pueden encontrarse ineficiencias energéticas que provoquen un consumo elevado. Este consumo excesivo provoca pérdidas económicas que merman la capacidad de adquisición y mejora de las instalaciones del instituto. Una auditoría energética consiste en una evaluación exhaustiva desde el punto de vista ingenieril de los diversos equipos consumidores de un sistema, proporcionando una serie de soluciones para hacer al sistema estudiado un lugar más sostenible reduciendo sus consumos y emisiones de CO2. El comienzo del proyecto se basa en una visita a las instalaciones del instituto para recopilar los datos de cada uno de los equipos consumidores de energía. Gracias a la colaboración del instituto, se han podido obtener las facturas de electricidad y gas referentes al año 2019 con las que se puede modelar de una forma más realista la distribución de los consumos de cada uno de los equipos. Finalmente se proponen una serie de medidas de eficiencia energética cuyo objetivo es la reducción significativa de los consumos. In this Master's Thesis it is intended to carry out the energy auditory of the Butarque Institute of Secondary Education, located at Adolfo Marsillach Street, 5, Leganés (Madrid). The institute was inaugurated in 1978, which means that energy inefficiencies can be found that cause high energy consumption. This excessive consumption causes economic losses that reduce the purchasing power and improvement of the institute's facilities. An energy audit consists of an exhaustive evaluation from an engineering point of view of the various consuming equipment othat it can be found in a system, providing a series of solutions to make the studied system a more sustainable place by reducing its energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The beggining of the project is based on a visit to the institute's facilities to collect data from each energy-consuming equipment. Thanks to the collaboration of the institute, it has been possible to obtain the electricity and gas bills referring to the year 2019 with which the distribution of the consumption of each of the equipment can be modeled in a more realistic way. Finally, a series of energy efficiency measures are proposed whose objective is the significant reduction of energy consumption.
