El mundo digital en edificios históricos. Diagnóstico HBIM de la Puerta de San Antonio, Almeida

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objeto investigar acerca de la estandarización de métodos HBIM en el diagnóstico de construcciones históricas. Para tal fin el trabajo realiza una revisión del estado del arte sobre dichas metodologías analizando cuestiones tanto de caracter geométrico y no-geométrico (información). Todo ello a fin de obtener una propuesta metodológica (niveles de desarrollo geométrico y de información) que permitan caminar hacia la estandarización del HBIM en diagnóstico. Para poder llegar a dicho objetivo el trabajo toma como caso de estudio una de las Puertas Magistrales del complejo militar de Almeida: la Puerta de San Antonio. Dicho edificio se analiza en detalle realizando para ello diversos estudios previos dentro de la asignatura de Intensificación en Construcción y Tecnología Arquitectónicas a fin de conocer mejor el material con el que está erigida. Estos datos, junto a otros generados a lo largo del desarrollo del TFG han permitido diagnosticar y efectuar una propuesta de intervención en base al modelo HBIM de la misma = The aim of this paper is to investigate the standardisation of HBIM methods in the diagnosis of historic buildings. To this end, the work carries out a review of the state of the art on these methodologies, analysing both geometric and non-geometric (information) issues. All this in order to obtain a methodological proposal (levels of geometric and information development) that will allow us to move towards the standardisation of HBIM in diagnosis. In order to achieve this objective, the work takes as a case of study one of the Magistral Doors of the Almeida military complex: the St. Anthony’s Gate. This building is analysed in detail by carrying out various previous studies as part of the Intensifi cation in Architectural Construction and Technology course in order to gain a better understanding of the material with which it was erected. This data, together with other data generated during the course of the TFG, has allowed us to diagnose and make an intervention proposal based on the HBIM model of the building.
