%X La tecnología ha experimentado grandes cambios a lo largo de las últimas décadas.   Algunos de estos cambios se han realizado en el ámbito   de la salud, ayudando a   mejorar la experiencia de médicos, farmacéuticos y pacientes.  En España, la llegada de la Tarjeta Sanita  ria Electrónica (TSI)  es un claro ejemplo de   estos cambios, beneficiando a todos   los pacientes inscritos en la Seguridad Social.  La   TSI   incorpora   la receta electrónica,  la cual ha facilitado que los pacientes obtengan   sus recetas de forma más cómoda sin necesidad de acudir constantemente a su   médico a recoger las conocidas recetas en papel.  Este proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de la aplicación web de “Gestión, control y   posología en tratamientos médicos ambulatorios” para pacientes de la Comunidad de   Madrid. La finalidad de esta aplicación es   potenciar todas  las  funcionalidades  que   ofrece la   TSI, ayudando a satisfacer las necesidades que puedan tener los pacientes.  Esta aplicación permitirá al usuario ver la información relacionada con sus   tratamientos médicos, consultar  su   historial de tratamientos y pruebas, las farmacias   cercanas que disponen del medicamento que   necesita, la  información del   medicamento que está tomando y  dispondrá de un calendario que incorpora todas   sus citas médicas y recordatorios de  las tomas de sus medicamentos.  Además, la   aplicación  notificará (por correo electrónica y/o SMS) al usuario   cuando tenga que   actualizar sus recetas, pedir cita o acudir al médico.  En el presente documento se detalla el trabajo que se ha realizado para el   desarrollo de esta aplicación web.---ABSTRACT---Technology has experienced great changes over the last few decades. Some of them   have been related to the health industry, aiming to help all those involved in the   value chain, doctors, pharmacists and patients.  In Spain, the arrival of the Electronic Health Card (TSI in Spanish) is a clear example   of these improvements, enriching the experience of all the user of the Spanish health   system. The TSI enables the electronic prescription so that patients with long-term   medical treatments can obtain their prescriptions in a easier way without the need of   visiting the doctor constantly asking for the old-fashioned paper-based prescriptions.  This project, "Management, control and posology in ambulatory medical   treatments", consists in the development of a web application for patients and   professionals of the Madrid Community. The main purpose is to boost and make the   most of all the functionalities that the TSI offers, satisfying all the needs that patients   have.  This application let the users to see all the information related to its medical   treatments, check its previous medical records and tests, find the closest pharmacy   with your medicines available and read the medicines information. The application   will also display a calendar which will contain all your medical appointment and will   remind the user its medicines shots. Moreover, the application will notify (via email   and/or SMS) the users when they have to update its prescriptions, ask for a medical   appointment  or come to the doctor.  This document introduces the work that has been done to develop the web   application.
