AB Hoy en día, la televisión constituye el eje central de reunión de muchos hogares. Es a la vez, uno de los medios de comunicación más importantes que existe debido a su variedad, gratuidad y fácil acceso. Ante esta importancia, se impone una necesidad de constante evolución, tanto en contenidos como en el área tecnológica. Actualmente, todo lo que se muestra por nuestras pantallas no se capta únicamente en estudios de televisión. En sus comienzos, éstos eran la única opción que se contemplaba, un lugar cerrado donde colocar los equipos audiovisuales y crear el contenido que posteriormente se emitía. Con los años, surge la necesidad de poder acceder al exterior, a la autenticidad de la calle, a lugares remotos o sitios donde el espectador no puede llegar por sí solo. Con la tecnología primitiva parecía impracticable trasladar todo lo que conlleva una retransmisión o una grabación a un sitio que no fuera el prefijado, pero con múltiples avances tecnológicos hemos conseguido llegar a donde estamos  ahora. Una Unidad Móvil ofrece justo eso, un estudio de televisión portátil instalado en un vehículo con el que poder desplazar lo que sucede en el exterior, al hogar de  los espectadores. Consta de un conjunto completo de controles técnicos y de producción que permiten trabajar en eventos de gran escala, servir como sala de control de un estudio o incluso desmontar el material y montarlo en un espacio interior. El reto ahora es disminuir su tamaño sin llegar a alterar sus competencias, así como adaptarlas a nuevas resoluciones y tecnologías.   Abstract:  Nowadays, television is the central axis of many homes. At the same time, is one of the most important means of communication that exists due to its variety, free  and easy access. This importance makes an evolution necessary, both in content and in the technological area.  Currently, everything that is shown on our screens is not captured only in television studios. In the beginning, these were the only option that was contemplated, a closed place where to set up the audio-visual equipment and create the content that was subsequently emitted. Over the years, the need arises to be able to access the exterior, the authenticity of the street, remote locations or places where the viewer cannot reach by itself. With the primitive technology it seemed impracticable to transfer everything that entails a retransmission or a recording to a site that wasn’t the prefixed one, but with multiple technological advances we have managed to get where we are now. An Outside Broadcast Vehicle offers just that, a portable television studio installed in a truck with which to be able to move what happens outside, to the home of the spectators. It consists of a complete set of technical and production controls that allow to work in large-scale events, serve as control room for a studio or even disassemble the material and assemble it in an interior space. The challenge now is to reduce its size without altering its competences, as well as adapting them to new resolutions and technologies.
