        abstract = {Este trabajo es el resultado de la colaboraci{\'o}n entre el Grupo de Ingenier{\'i}a Ontol{\'o}gica de la Universidad Polit{\'e}cnica de Madrid y el Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid, de acuerdo con el convenio de colaboraci{\'o}n firmado por ambas entidades para la realizaci{\'o}n de trabajos de investigaci{\'o}n. Esta colaboraci{\'o}n nace de la necesidad de analizar el uso del transporte p{\'u}blico en la comunidad de Madrid. En este estudio se analizar{\'a} la movilidad de la poblaci{\'o}n de tercera edad utilizando como datos los registros de embarque realizados con un abono de tercera edad vigente en el momento del viaje y cargado en una tarjeta de transporte p{\'u}blico personal. Estos datos est{\'a}n pseudo?anonimizados desde su origen, es decir por parte del CRTM, y por tanto no ha sido necesario solicitar la aprobaci{\'o}n de estos estudios por parte del comit{\'e} de {\'e}tica de la UPM y adem{\'a}s ha permitido respetar la confidencialidad y privacidad de los usuarios involucrados en el estudio. El objetivo fundamental de este estudio es comprender el comportamiento de este segmento de la poblaci{\'o}n en su uso del transporte p{\'u}blico, mediante diversos algoritmos de representaci{\'o}n, an{\'a}lisis y predicci{\'o}n. Para ello, se han dise{\~n}ado diversas representaciones de los registros asociados a cada individuo, con el prop{\'o}sito de conocer y representar el comportamiento individual de los usuarios. Tambi{\'e}n han sido implementados algoritmos de descomposici{\'o}n y an{\'a}lisis de series temporales que permitir{\'a}n entender el comportamiento de los algoritmos de predicci{\'o}n y efectuar las predicciones. Se han examinado diferentes algoritmos de predicci{\'o}n de series temporales con el fin de extraer informaci{\'o}n de los datos y comparar la eficiencia de sus predicciones.---ABSTRACT---This work results from the collaboration between the Ontological Engineering Group of the Universidad Polit{\'e}cnica de Madrid and the Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid, in agreement with the collaboration agreement signed by both entities carry out research works. This collaboration comes from the need to analyze the use of public transport in the community of Madrid. In this study, the mobility of the senior citizen will be analyzed using the boarding records made with a senior subscription as data. These data are pseudo?anonymized from their origin, i.e. by the CRTM, and therefore it has not been necessary to request the approval of these studies by the ethics committee of the UPM and has also allowed respect to the confidentiality and privacy of the users involved in the study. The main goal of this study is to understand the behavior of this segment of the population in their use of public transport, by several representations, analysis, and forecast algorithms. For this purpose, several representations of the records of each individual have been designed, to know and represent the individual behavior of the users. Time series decomposition and analysis algorithms have also been implemented to understand the forecast algorithms? behavior and make predictions. Different forecast time series algorithms have been examined to extract information from the data and compare the efficiency of their predictions.}
