Resumen
This paper presents the current status, trends and tools of Web resource annotation within the context of the Semantic Web, the Web 2.0, and what is enow as the Web 3.0, the fusion of the Semantic Web and the 2.0. One of the freatest challenges in Web resorce annotation is relatec to the great variety of multimedia content, services and applications, which are generated, classified and evaluated by users.
