SmartBnB: plataforma de gestión de propiedades en alquiler turístico

Abstract

La industria de la hostelería, entendida como la actividad económica ligada a la prestación de servicios asociados al alojamiento y alimentación de manera esporádica, es, quizás, la más importante área del turismo y, como tal, es la que más genera movimiento económico para los países. Cabe destacar el crecimiento exponencial del alquiler de lugares personales y
particulares con fines turísticos. Dentro de esta área específica, existe un nicho de mercado: la introducción de la domótica al modelo de negocio de AirBnB y similares para solucionar dos de sus más grandes problemas: la falta de independencia de los dueños y huéspedes, así como también la optimización del consumo eléctrico de las propiedades para el aumento de ganancias, mediante el control a distancia de las puertas y equipos, al igual que la medición y optimización del consumo eléctrico de los mismos.

The hospitality industry, considered as the economic activity concerning the provision of services linked to sporadic lodging or restaurants, is, perhaps, the most important area of tourism and, as such, it is the one that generates the most economic movement for the
countries. It is worth noting the exponential growth of the rental of personal and private places for tourism purposes. Within this specific area, there is a niche market: the introduction of home automation to the AirBnB business model and similar to solve two of its biggest problems: the lack of independence of the owners and guests, as well as the optimization of the electrical
consumption of the properties for the increase of gains, by remote control of the doors and equipment, as well as the measurement and optimization of the electrical consumption of the same.
