Justicia algorítmica: el sesgo de los algoritmos

Resumen

En este PFG se estudia el origen de los sesgos discriminatorios humanos en los sistemas de inteligencia artificial, empezando por comprender cómo estos sistemas aprenden, para introducir más adelante diferentes herramientas y tecnologías que permitan entrenar sistemas inteligentes libres de sesgos, y auditar y/o monitorizar sistemas en funcionamiento para comprobar si éstos están sesgados y poder ser corregidos. Por último, nos centramos en un estudio desde un punto de vista legal, donde analizamos qué dice la normativa y legislación vigente europea acerca del desarrollo de sistemas de inteligencia artificial libres de sesgos.
Abstract:
This PFG studies the origin of human discriminatory biases in artificial intelligence systems, starting with understanding how these systems learn, to later introduce different tools and technologies that allow training intelligent systems free of biases, and auditing and/or monitoring operating systems in order to check if they are biased and to be able to be corrected. Finally, we focus on a study from a legal point of view, where we analyze what current European regulations and legislation say about the development of bias-free artificial intelligence systems.
