La pertinencia de construir con tierra en el contexto actual

Resumen

El objetivo de la investigación es relacionar este material ecológicamente responsable, técnicamente viable y económicamente favorable, ligado a la arquitectura pasada, con el presente, e indagar acerca de su viabilidad de cara a lograr un futuro respetuoso con el medio ambiente, para finalmente concluir cómo y qué tipo de necesidades de alojamiento y de equipamientos, tanto en países emergentes como en industrializados, es capaz de solucionar. Se pretende dar respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Es la tierra un material pertinente para construir en la actualidad? Para ello, el trabajo se estructura en tres capítulos con orden temporal: pasado, presente y futuro de la arquitectura con tierra. Este recorrido histórico, demuestra que, desde hace tiempo, el renacimiento de la arquitectura de tierra, ha dejado de ser un anhelo para convertirse en una realidad ecológica palpable y una brillante herramienta para usar en la posteridad.
The relevance of building with earth in this day and age : With this research I intend in line with the appointment of Camilo Rodríguez Lledó, to relate this ecologically responsible, technically viable and economically favorable material and link it to past architecture, with the present, to achieve a future that is respectful of the environment, to finally conclude how and what type of accommodation and equipment needs, both in emerging and industrialized countries, it is capable of solving. Although the project structure will consist of three chapters in a temporal order, the past, present and future of architecture with the research is done simultaneously, since what is proposed, is an analysis of the material and its characteristics, in the different time, to see if it makes sense to consider using it in the future. This historical journey shows that, for a long time, the rebirth of earthen architecture has ceased to be a desire to become a palpable ecological reality and a brilliant tool to use for posterity.
